Join us for an exciting showcase of research on the Earth system and climate change at the EAS 457 Poster Presentation Day. Our talented undergraduate students will present their findings on a wide range of "Global Change" topics, with an emphasis on how the field of climate science has evolved over recent years. This event is open to everyone, including students, staff, faculty from other institutions and the general public. No registration is required to attend, so come and go as you please!
Posters will be displayed on Tuesday April 4th, from noon until 6:30 pm.
Posters will be presented throughout the day. To ensure you can catch presentations in person, review the schedule below. A mixer open to all (with snacks and drinks) will take place from 5–6:20 pm with the presenters.
To make it even easier to learn about the engaging topics discussed, "lightning talk" videos summarizing each poster are linked on this page (also via QR codes on posters). These informative videos will give you a glimpse into the fascinating findings and invite you to view the posters in person.
To make this a true constructive learning process for our students, there will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the posters reviewed. Just link to a feedback form using the other QR code on each poster and share your thoughts.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn from amazing undergraduate students in our program and gain a deeper understanding of the pressing issues facing our planet. So mark your calendar for April 4th, and we hope to see you there!
